Punjab National Bank LBO Selection Process
Punjab National Bank has set the selection procedure for the recruitment of Local Bank Officers in the Junior Management grade scale I. Selected candidates will be on probation for 2 years, and for selection have to qualify in the following 4 stages –
- Stage 1- Online Written Test – multiple sections including Reasoning, Data Analysis, English, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness.
- Stage 2- Screening of documents
- Stage 3- Local Language Proficiency Test
- Stage 4- Personal Interview with minimum qualifying marks.
Punjab National Bank LBO Exam Pattern & Syllabus
- The exam consists of 150 multiple-choice questions for a total of 150 marks.
- There is a sectional timing for each subject, which is also listed in the table below.
- For each correct answer, 1 mark is awarded, and for each incorrect answer, 1/4th of a mark will be deducted.
